Fennec Services is seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for a current project in Wacol. Approximately 3 weeks of work with immediate start - casual or contract rate options available. We're a Queensland-based construction and labour hire company delivering civil, structural and construction works across QLD and Northern NSW.

We're looking for operators across a range of machines.

• Excavator (various sizes)

• Skid steer / posi-track

• Roller

• Dozer

What you'll need

• Relevant high-risk work licences / VOCs for the plant you operate

• White Card (construction induction)

• Demonstrated civil/construction experience

• Experience in retaining wall construction

• Reliable transport and a strong safety mindset

• Ability to work as part of a crew and take direction on site

Highly regarded

• Multiple machine competencies

• Civil construction experience (earthworks, drainage, bulk earth)

• Driver's licence (HR/MR an advantage)
