Key Duties and Responsibilities – Carpentry & Construction

• Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Execute high-quality carpentry duties including framing, fixing, fit-out, and formwork
• Install structural timber, doors, windows, flooring, and cabinetry to exact standards
• Undertake renovations, new builds, and bespoke construction tasks as required
• Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors to deliver first-class outcomes
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times
• Uphold all safety requirements, policies, and site regulations

Essential Experience and Skills – Qualified Carpenter

• Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of proven post-apprenticeship, hands-on carpentry experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and safe work practices
• Valid White Card (Construction industry induction card)
• Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Own tools and vehicle
